Overview
Florida Polytechnic University selected QuakeLogic Inc. to supply, install, and commission a high-capacity 600 kN Universal Testing Machine (UTM) as part of its expanding materials research and engineering laboratory infrastructure. The project required a turnkey delivery—including logistics, on-site installation, system calibration, software configuration, training, and technical support.
QuakeLogic successfully completed the full life-cycle of the project, ensuring seamless integration of the UTM into the university’s laboratory workflows while meeting all performance, safety, and compliance requirements.

Complete system included:

- Hydraulic Grips for Flat and Round Specimens
- Testing Capabilities:
- Flat Samples: 0–40 mm (adapters for 0–40 mm available separately)
- Round Samples: 8–32 mm
- Electrical Requirements: 220 V, 50 Hz, Single Phase
- Computer System: Provided as optional per client preference
